Didn't turn out anywhere near what I wanted but considering the fact that I submitted it 10 minutes before the deadline...  The swirly stuff is made by paper quilling. Was my first time trying it... quite fun actually! I've got a lot of paper lying around so i'm going to be practicing more... Hopefully. |
